FUNCTIONAL FOUNDATIONAL FITNESS

My Small Group Fitness Training Sessions are 45 minutes to one hour in duration and run every week day at 5.30am & 8.45am and on Saturday mornings at 6.30am.

No two sessions are ever the same - I understand the importance of variability and I will get you moving multi-directionally, with and without loads, mimicking real world movements - this is natural movement & FUNCTIONAL FOUNDATIONAL FITNESS at it's best!

My Small Group Fitness Training sessions are 100% inclusive, individualised and inspiring - honestly, something you will want to do (and can do) every single day!
