A huge thank you to Nat for helping me transform my life and wellness over the past 10 years. The training crew are like a big family - we train, laugh and sweat together and support each other. Thanks to Nat, the older I get the more I understand how important my body, mind and healthy gut is, so I can keep doing the things I want to. I am 52 and live and work with a chronic illness and like us all, manage the ebb and flow of a jam packed life. Nat continues to be there for me and has been instrumental in the way I use daily movement and clean food to keep surgery and traditional drugs at bay. Hers is a simple, non-complicated approach. Move in different ways everyday, build your body strength and work your fascia, eat clean unprocessed food and manage portion sizes, get your regular sleep and be kind to yourself. I don’t diet. I make lifestyle choices to help me be the best version of me I can be, building healthy habits to achieve this.
